Online Therapy for Women Across Delaware
Private video sessions from home, your car, or anywhere you have a quiet minute, from Wilmington to Dover to Seaford. The same therapists and the same care as our Newark office, with evening appointments.
Therapy that fits into a full life
When you're juggling work, kids, and everyone else's needs, an extra drive can be the reason therapy never happens. Online sessions remove that barrier. Many women meet with us on a lunch break, after the kids are in bed, or parked in the driveway for a few quiet minutes.
Online therapy works well for anxiety, burnout, depression, grief, relationship stress, and life changes. If you'd ever like to come to our Newark office instead, you can.

Before you reach out
Where do I need to be during an online session?
You need to be physically located in Delaware (or Maryland) at the time of your session. Your therapist will confirm this with you.
Is online therapy as helpful as in-person therapy?
For many concerns, including anxiety, depression, and stress, online therapy can be just as helpful. If you'd ever rather meet in person, our Newark office is available.
Is online therapy private?
Yes. Sessions use a secure video platform. We recommend finding a private spot where you can talk freely.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept Aetna, Highmark Delaware commercial plans, and Delaware Medicaid plans, including Highmark Health Options, AmeriHealth Caritas Delaware, and Delaware First Health. There is no cost to you with Delaware Medicaid. We confirm your benefits before scheduling.
Do you offer evening appointments?
Yes. We offer evening appointments so therapy can fit around work and family.
You have carried enough on your own.
Take the first small step. We will help you find the next right one.
