About Felicia
I work with Black women and women of color in their 20s and 30s who are going through big changes. Maybe you just started a career, ended a relationship, became a mom, or moved somewhere new. On the outside you're handling it. Inside, the anxiety keeps you up at night, and you've started to question whether you're good enough.
My focus is anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and life transitions. As a woman of color, I know what it's like to carry your family's hopes and everyone else's needs while yours get pushed aside. Many of us were taught to stay strong and keep quiet about it.
In our sessions you can drop the act. We'll work on quieting the worry and getting your energy back. We'll also practice speaking up for what you need, so you can step into this next chapter feeling sure of yourself.
