About Jasmine

You might seem confident to the people around you. Inside, you second-guess yourself, put everyone else first, and wonder if you're enough. For a lot of young women, those feelings started with something painful earlier in life that never got talked about.

I work with women in their late teens through early 30s who are ready to stop carrying that weight alone. Together we look at how the past still shows up in your relationships, your choices, and the way you talk to yourself. Then we build something new. That can mean learning to calm anxiety and lift out of low moods. It can mean setting boundaries without guilt, or getting through a big change like starting college, a new career, or the end of a relationship.

You don't have to have it all figured out to start.
