About Natasha

Maybe you just started a new job, or a marriage ended, or a diagnosis changed everything. Life shifted fast, and now you can't turn your mind off. You're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix.

I work with women who are stressed, burned out, and anxious after big transitions or changes they didn't see coming. I also see teen girls, and I bring their families into the work so everyone at home can understand what's going on and help. Many of the women I see are holding their families together while dealing with pain that goes back generations. Some are figuring out what it means to be neurodivergent, or raising a child who is. Asking for help can feel hard when you grew up hearing that therapy wasn't for people like you. I want to change that.

I focus on your strengths. We'll look at what's been hard, and we'll also look at what has kept you going. Together we'll find a way to accept what you can't change and build a life that still feels like yours.

I'm trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety and OCD. That gives us different tools to use depending on what you need.

I offer online sessions, including evenings, so therapy can fit around school, work, and family. If you're ready to feel steady again, reach out. I'd love to help.
