Privacy Notice

How Amani Healing Center protects your health information, and how this website handles what you share with us.

Website and online forms

What you send us. When you fill out our “Find the Right Therapist” form, our new client form, or the course sign-up, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, contact details, insurance, and a short note about what you need. We use it only to respond to you, check fit and insurance, schedule care, or send the course you asked for.

How it’s sent. Our forms are hosted by Jotform on an account set up for health information. Only our intake team and clinicians can see what you submit.

Share only what you’re comfortable with. You don’t need to give details about your history to reach out. You can always tell us more by phone or in your first session.

Website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google Analytics uses cookies to tell new visitors from returning ones. Neither tool records what you type into our forms, and we don’t use them for advertising. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Email. If you sign up for a free course, we use your email to send it. You can unsubscribe anytime.

We do not sell your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.

This website is not monitored for emergencies. If you are in danger or having a mental health emergency, call or text 988, or call 911.

Your rights

  • Ask for confidential communications, such as calling a different number or mailing to a different address.
  • Ask us to limit what we use or share. We are not required to agree, except that if you pay for a service in full out of pocket, you can ask us not to share that information with your health plan.
